It would be nice to be able to Archive notes, and or at least organize sermons and lessons by books. If it is part of the app., I am not seeing that option. Anyone able to advise would be greatly appreciated.

There isn't a specific archive note function - but you could choose to put notes you want to archive into an Archive notebook and then choose to not show notes from that notebook in your resources.

In the Sermon Manager (if you have access to it) you can sort sermons by Passage.
Do either of these help at all? Or if you need further pointers on either of them, please advise
I think propositional outlines should be available in the pro subscription and not just in the max subscription. This is helpful english sermon preparation and not just original languages preparation based with the max subscription.
I asked about 10 years ago about keyboard shortcuts for simple functions like "copy verses," "passage guide," or "exegetical guide" for a selected passage, and dev said they were working on it. But it's been 10 years. Are we getting close?
Example: Reading Psalm 15:2 NIV, There are two superscripts, “u” and “v,” in that verse. When I tap the “v,” a box with several scriptures that pertain to the psalm verse pops up. Of the many to choose from, I picked the first one, Pr 16:13, and a pop-up of that verse is visible. Then, tapping within or outside the box…
that would be great to have those two volumes inside the OTL
