Organizing Uploaded Media

Is there a way to organize media items within Boards created in the Media section of Proclaim? It would be helpful to be able to organize similar uploaded still slide backgrounds, motion backgrounds, audio tracks and other media within Boards I have created in the Media section. One of the training videos I saw stated you could move uploaded audio tracks around in your list, but I tried clicking on a track to drag it to another location in the list, but it did not work. And, for uploaded backgrounds in my Boards it would be nice to be able to move them around so similar subjects, seasonal backgrounds for example, could be grouped together so I don't have scroll through my whole Board to find similar images that have been uploaded at different times.

Any media you upload can be put into as many boards as you want. You can also tag each item in appropriate ways. It sounds like your boards are too large to be useful. I currently have 38 boards, mostly for backgrounds; some are Bibles, borders, Christmas, clouds, Easter, grunge, Jesus, landscapes, Thanksgiving, trees, and water. I also have a board, lyrics, for Worship Lyrics Videos, as we sometimes use those. That board might eventually get unwieldy, but right now there's not enough items to be a problem. I started with the folders we used for our backgrounds with the previous software, and added boards as needed.

To put an item into a board that it's not currently in, right-click on it and choose the "Add to ..." for the board you want. Or select the media item, then look on the far right under "Boards". Click on the small arrow next to "Add to Board" and choose the board you want or create a new board. Inside a single board, the items are still listed in the order they were uploaded, with the most recent first, and you can't change that.
