One improvement that could be implemented in Logos Search is the ability to generate a Synopsis from a Precise Search. From what I understand about Smart Search, Logos first automatically performs a Precise Search, then, based on the best search results, the AI kicks in, selecting the results and then generating the Synopsis. If things still work the same way as they did in the beginning, I believe we could generate the Synopsis from the results of the Precise Search.
How does this benefit me? I am very proficient with smart search operators; I have invested a lot of time learning and testing them. This way, I could specify very precisely what I am searching for and find, perhaps, results that are much more relevant to me, since I don't know the parameters Logos uses to generate the Precision Search before the AI kicks in. Only then, after I got my results from a Precise Search, would I ask the tool to generate an AI Synopsis.
Another benefit for me is that it would encourage me (and other advanced users) to continue using Precise Search and its operators. This is very powerful, and we can't lose it.
