“Send hyperlinks here” is very useful, but unfortunately it doesn’t work with books. Even if I open a second copy of a book and set it to “Send hyperlinks here,” the links still open in the current panel. Clicking on entries in the table of contents or index always redirects within the same window, which makes searching indexes frustrating. It would be a real improvement if book hyperlinks respected the “Send hyperlinks here” setting.
