Print options: more control over format

While I appreciate the Save as file and Send to Microsoft Word options, there are times when I just want to stay in Logos. It would be a nice addition to have some formatting preferences when printing. For example, when making a passage list, often the Scripture on the left is formatted something like:

Thessaloni
ans 3:5

Being able to adjust font, size of font, and columns as well as margins and footer would be helpful.

Linking passage list with a notebook
It would be nice to be able to put a passage list into a notebook. Or be able to tag it with the same tag I can put on a notebook. So I can link my research together. Perhaps being able to put a link into a notebook that jump to the passage list.

keyboard shortcut to add anchor to open note
pretty much exactly what it says. I don't currently see a shortcut for adding an anchor to an open note. sometimes I have notes with many anchors and scrolling down to find the button can be tedious.
Hide Unused Highlighters
I have downloaded so many existing highlighters that I may use at one time or another. It would be very helpful if you could hide highlighters in the list when they are not being used and not force them to be deleted. It is hard to find my main list of highlighters when you have a long list of them.
