Also, will there be new volumes of it based on previous written content of John MacArthur, or now that he has passed away, will there be no more volumes?

Nathan, they surely will be more in depth. I own the one-volume commentary and looking into it for Zecharaiah, the content seems to be not much more than the notes you would find in a study bible. Amazon has a ToC with page numbers: 6 pages on this minor prophet. The PrePub promises 465 pages!

REgarding you last question, this is something you should direct to the publisher - they are the ones who would know if they have a pipeline of material waiting to be publihed.
