I'd like to suggest beefing up the usability of the book reader with one change. Currently, it is simply a window like most any other; the top level menu is context-sensitive, so that, for instance, a book has different menu items than the Documents window. But when reading a book, there isn't a way to bookmark your progress like in Amazon's Kindle reader. I asked if there is a simple way about a year or two ago in the Logos Forums, and no one offered anything short of complex work-arounds. Here is a screenshot of the bookmark icon in Kindle; just a blue ribbon in the right margin of the book. Is this do-able?
