My youth pastor has decided he wants to use proclaim. Yea! But in setting him up with his own group, I'm finding that while we can share songs, sharing backgrounds is a little more problematic. I can go to media, and then to shared group content, but it pulls everything (announcement graphics , sermon graphics etc). On my main group I have a board for "motion graphics" that allows me to quickly see backgrounds for songs. if I could simply share that it would simplify things greatly — youth pastor could easily find backgrounds for songs without scrolling through all the other media. But there doesn't seem to be a way to share boards? the media is there… just not the organization.
