Passage List, Save as Note

For a passage list document, there should be a feature to "Save as Note", which generates a note having anchors for each passage in the passage list, with a default note text taken from the passage list title.

I agree with you. Here is what I do to get a passage list into my notes:

Open the passage list and select full or compact
Right click on one of the passages and select "Select all" (on a Mac it is also cmd A)
Copy to the clipboard (cmd C on a mac)
Go to the place in your notes you want
Paste your passage list (cmd V on a mac)

The core of my feature suggestion is the "anchors" aspect of notes, to make it even easier to transform a passage list into in-line Bible annotations (e.g., for cross references).
