Over the years, the task of organizing media has become increasingly difficult and convoluted. Currently, there is a Board/Series named "Group Upload". Where everything that I import goes into. If I want to move things into another board, I have to copy what is essentially a link into another Board. If I then delete the image inside the Group Upload, the image is essentially lost because it is deleted from all other Boards. I can no longer create a standalone Board. The Boards that I create are actually a sub-board of the Group Upload Board. As I see it, these new Boards should be called a "Series". This would allow me to view the Boards/Series when I select the Group Upload Board/Series.
There is a function obviously already built into Proclaim, but I'm not seeing a way to utilize it, which makes me think that we don't have access to the functionality. My church now has thousands of items in a Board (Group Upload) created and managed by the system. When I say managed, I mean I cannot Rename or Delete the Board. The function I'm seeking to access is the function to create a series. Let me show you what I mean:
I want to be able to put a Series inside Group Upload. Here you see what I'm trying to achieve. This is what I see when I select Announcement Template.
I want to be able to view the Series that I create inside Group Upload. I know the Boards that I create are added to the list on the left, but this is a much better way to view these items and since I can't sort the list on the left, (Fodder for a new Suggestion?), it would be useless to create any more than I already have. Scrolling for something in a long list that is not sorted is cumbersome at best.
