At least for the major Bible versions, Logos should allow for a toggle to turn Bible Outline headings on and off in the Table of Contents. Rather than simply being presented with "Matthew" and then "Chapter 1", the user should be given the option to toggle on Bible Outline headings that show something similar to the image below:
