Companion Bible Notes
Sure, there must be some Logos4 user who has the notes (not the Appendixes) in docx format?
The notes are in other formats already, like E-sword and Swordsearcher.

Do you mean Logos4 Notes files? (You mentioned Appendixes, and there are no Appendix files in Logos4.) If you give more clues, I would be willing to help.

He names the resource in the title of the thread. The Companion Bible, by E. W. Bullinger. The full version is rather lengthy and is generally only available as a module or as a pdf. Logos doesn't offer this resource and it is in the public domain, so I don't see any reason why someone couldn't publicly share a .docx file if they have one. My mistake, I was referring to the Appendixes. The Companion Bible Notes are available in e-sword, The Word, and Swordsearcher programs.
I am very much interested in a docx files for the Companion Bible Notes also.
