Do you mean Logos4 Notes files? (You mentioned Appendixes, and there are no Appendix files in Logos4.) If you give more clues, I would be willing to help.
I have created several docx files, some need to be improved. I have combined them in a Personal Book. I will be happy to share them with you in a zip file if you give me your email.

My mistake, I was referring to the Appendixes. The Companion Bible Notes are available in e-sword, The Word, and Swordsearcher programs.
I am very much interested in a docx files for the Companion Bible Notes also.
