Currently, in the Workflow Editor, the Question/Answer element allows you to enter a Question. Then, when the user enters a response in the Answer field, a new note is created with the user's response.
It would be useful to have the option of prepopulating the Answer field.
When a new workflow is created with it's associated notebook, some prepopulated notes would be automatically created.
Here are some use-cases:
1. Prepopulating the Answer field with a title
- This would be helpful when reviewing the answers in the notebook. I add titles (bolded text at the beginning of each note) so I can quickly scan the note list and pick out the information I want to review.
2. Prepopulating the Answer field with a summary of the question
- Again, this would be helpful when viewing answers in the notebook, where you cannot see the content of the Question field.
3. Prepopulating the Answer field with a template.
- For example, I compile my sermons into a Logos Personal Book. So during sermon preparation, I gather the information for the personal book "Sermon table" into a note. I have now added this step into my sermon workflow. It would be nice to prepopulate that answer field with a template that I could fill in each week.
