Bl312 - Video error

In Mobile Ed Bl312, I noted that video SEGMENT 13  "Two Seeds in Genesis 3:15: Enmity between Satan and Humanity" is not loading. It seems video is not available. Has anyone noted it?

  It's working for me. Try deleting the downloaded media and playing it again.

  Thanks. I deleted web cache and was able to download video. But the downside of this is that all other videos which got downloaded were removed.
