It looks like the publisher and publication date might be in error, probably having been drawn from a different, much shorter, but related book: The Hebrew New Testament of the British and Foreign Bible Society: A Contribution to Hebrew Philology (on archive.org).
Would you be willing to share the source(s) that you used? It'd be helpful to know what edition this is.

For example, here is a PDF of the tenth edition ("10th and electrotype edition") of Delitzsch's Hebrew New Testament (1889) on Google Play Books.

I noticed just a couple minor issues.
First, the headings for the biblical books appear backwards (e.g., "wehttaM" instead of "Matthew"). This occurs only in the actual body of the text, not in the Table of Contents sidebar. Before building the personal book, I set the "Language" to Hebrew.
Second, the default font text size seems large on my desktop monitor. I tried reducing the resource font size (in Logos's resource panel) to the smallest setting, which helped a lot. The smallest setting is still larger, for example, than the default size of the Lexham Hebrew Bible but readable and comfortable. I'd reduce it a bit more if I could. Modifying the source file is always an option.
Again, these are just minor issues. Everything else is working great! I'm glad to finally have this resource in Logos.

As you all could understand, I found the Hebrew NT of Delitzsch online as a Bible module. For this module I found a software to convert it to a Logos Import file. Hereafter, I only changed a few things (e.g. Letter type and size). So, I have to admit that most work is done by someone else.

Regarding the source, this could be found in the link below. This source has modules for SWORD and contains many other Bible (languages). Also a tip if you want to have another language (e.g. Spanish, German) converted as personal book in Logos.

I have seen the version of archive.org as well, but the problem with that one is that I was not able to convert it without trouble (their conversion from PDF to text does not work correctly). The source which I used worked simple and direct.
Converting software
Converting with the software below was very easy. Simply, start Simple Bible Reader, then open as Bible the SWORD module (select the right File Format 'the SWORD Project'). The program shows directly when the Bible is in a valid format. Hereafter, click in menu File on 'Export Bible'. Select the 'Save type as...LOGOS Import File (.docx). This document could be edited in MS Word for fine-tuning.

Regarding the inversed 'Matthew', etc. That is what I have noticed as well, but for me it is fine how it is working now. Maybe someone else wants to fine-tune that and upload that file in this post.
Everyone much blessing with this file. I hope it will be a blessing to read the New Testament in Hebrew. That gives a much better insight in the New Testament with the Jewish background of the writers.

I think the situation your screenshots shows is just due to the indexer still running when you tried. If you search again, you will find Logos gives 20 hits for the first word in Mt 1:1 (it gave to me when copying and searching exactly for that). That's surface level, basic search. Of course you can do bible search as well (I assume you built it as type:bible, did you?). Basically the PB works just as a Logos edition with the same milestones/indexes.
Searching lemmas (lemmata) is a different thing: the PB is not morphologically tagged or lemmatized, so I presume it won't work.
Regarding your last screenshot: I'm not into Hebrew at all, so I can't tell whether searching for unpointed Hebrew in a vocalized source will work or not - maybe another user can help with that. But again, the PB should behave just like a Logos edition with the same amount of tagging.

No, this document only contains the Hebrew text. Those that have the possibility for searching the lemma, have much more included in the document (which can be a lot of work to add).

Thanks so much for your contribution. Unfortunately the file has missing characters randomly distributed throughout some Hebrew words. Do you know how to obtain a cleaner text without missing characters?

That is a great question. The only thing I did is converting the file into this. I have no idea how to cleanup the file with regard to those missing characters.
