NT361 Readings Note Question
Hi everyone!
I have just downloaded the NT361 Hebrews Course Readings doc from the course group page and I have the following issues with the reading note/notebook:
1 The notes are fully locked, I can understand locking the text and the resource it is in and the notebook maybe, but I should be able to change the note icon and color, the highlight style within the palette, and add an anchor and see them in my bible using the Notes and highlights or corresponding notes field in the visual filters facets. I did previously with other courses (see below)
2 I can not add a note to them
3 I can not change the icon or its color
4 I can not add an anchor, I don't want to replace the existing one
5 I can not see them or show them in my bible using the "Notes and Highlights" or Corresponding Notes feature in the visual filters facet. It appears in the facet and is checked but they are not visible in the bible text
6 I want to change the look of the highlight used for the start and stop locations in the readings, but not the note book itself. I can not do this either. I have already changed the style(not its location or pallette) but I cant change it in the note itself.
This is inconsistent with other courses I have; TH293, BI100, BI101, OT291 and NT362
Note NT361 notes show a lock icon saying "you can only view this note" The other courses do not.
My intent is to show and be able to lnk to these reading from my bible just as I would my regular notes.
Can this be changed back so the icon and highlight can be changed and an additional anchor added to the bible verse/passage in my bible corresponding to the reading's reference so it shows up like my other notes?
Is this just for this course or are all new courses this way?
Or is this a Logos 8 thing that could possibly be fixed?
Hope this makes sense.
Thank you in advance for any help
Bill

If you go to https://documents.logos.com/ there should be an option under "Actions" for you to "Duplicate" the notebook file. That will create a copy for you that you should be able to edit in the different ways you mentioned. Logos 8 included an overhaul of the way notes and notes sharing works in Logos, which is why they are working different for you now.
