Reflecting on the Word Courses

Is there a lectionary these courses follow?

I think they follow RCL, but they pick any one of the suggested readings (Psalm, Epistle, Gospel, First Reading) to reflect on. I haven't seen any indication on a specific method. And they are not complete - there are always forty-something video reflections, whereas full coverage of the church year - as any year - would require fifty-something reflections.
