Mobile Logos in Ipad Bluetooth keyboard usage
I have Logos on my Ipad and I have Kindle. I can turn pages with my bluetooth keyboard using arrow keys in Kindle why can’t I turn pages with my keyboard in Logos. This would be a very valuable option. If kindie can make it happen why not Logos?

Hi Randy,
I am sorry, but we do not have immediate plans to offer this functionality. The overwhelming majority of our users use scrolling mode instead of paging mode. Perhaps we might be able to implement this feature further down the road.

Forgive my ignorance, but how can this be known if the functionality isn’t available? Has there been a survey taken that I wasn’t part of?
I have a hard time believing users with keyboards would prefer to swipe rather than tap left or right. Not to mention it is such a simple keyboard shortcut, I just don’t understand how it’s not even in in future plans.

Thanks Josh I totally agree. If this option was available believe me I’m sure lots of readers would flip through pages with their Bluetooth keyboards sitting on their laps. Why do you think a book reading app like kindle has this option. They want to make it easier for their readers. If Logos wants my business they need to continue to make Logos easier for me to use. Please bump this up your list of improvement.

It is true if I only had an iPad or IPhone without a keyboard which is the case when I’m mobile I would need to swipe... so please don’t ever make it one option or the other. We need a choice in the setup. I’m not trying to put down Logos I’m only hoping Logos will see the extra value they would add to their Mobile app options. I don’t use my computer to read books as often now that I have an iPad. I know a lot more people are using their mobile devices for devotional times as they can take them anywhere. In my mind Logos would do well to cut some of there computer program development time to catch up their mobile device app. I use my Logos app on my phone and iPad more than my computer. Logos asks for feedback on how to improve... Logos has a lot of cool stuff, so much stuff I may never ever use but using a Bluetooth keyboard or device to flip pages is a practical useful cool option.

I like to have the swipe option for when I am mobile and don’t have a Bluetooth keyboard... so that is necessary. Simply put, I am using ( perhaps others also) my Mobile device to read from more than my computer... so being able to easily read books is a big part of the usefulness of Logos. Logos has so much cool stuff in their computer program that I will most likely never use all they have and you are developing lots of other cool things all the time. Wouldn’t it make some sense to funnel a little more time into mobile app development so that option, which is becoming more and more useful catches up with the desktop version.

Logos desktop currently has so many cool things that I will most likely never get around to using all of them. However I ( as well as others I’m sure) are using their mobile devices a lot more. A big use of Logos is being able to easily access and read the books one owns. I now read more on my iPad than I do on my computer... why not funnel some of your development time into catching up the mobile app which I feel is the most convenient way to read a book?

Opps sorry for my three posts. Every time I went to post what I wrote it gave an error so I thought it wasn’t working😔 It now looks like a rant... that was not intentional.
