Videos are missing
I went to watch one of my course videos this morning, and the video is not there. There is a video screen, and the audio works, but there is only a black screen. This was working a couple of days ago. I am on a 2019 MacBook Pro, with plenty of hard drive space and RAM. This is the first time that I have encountered this. I am using the Big Sur beta OS, but I have watched courses & videos earlier while on this beta OS.

Does it work with other videos or not?
You may need to report the specific video so it can be checked.

Yeah, I did report the issue. I was curious if others were experiencing the same problem. I tried to view videos on two different mobile ed courses.

Martin,
Can you tell us what video segment and what course it is. Then others can see if they are having the same problem.
Thanks.

I included them in my original post.

I am looking at the top of this thread and I do not see it. Are you double posting? That's not a very good idea because it divides the discussion and makes it difficult to follow.Martin Hall said:I included them in my original post.

Martin,
If they are there in the very first post you made in this thread, I don't see it at all.

My mistake, I included the videos in the email I sent when I reported the issue. The issue happened with CS251 & the John Piper Look at the Book videos, around 2 Thess. New Year’s Resolution & following.
