Title says it all really - its not listed as available, partially unavailable, or unavailable in the course tool

I can concur. It is not available in the courses tool, however, it is available in my library and it opened and was usable.

Similarly, a two of the NT Wright course that were on offer in April don't appear in the tool, but two do:
