Countdown Clock Issue

I purchased a 5 minute countdown clock and when inserted into the Warm-Up section of the presentation it only plays down to the 2:51 mark. All of the options are greyed out, so I cannot make any changes. I've even gone as far to delete the countdown clock completely and re-insert it back into the presentation with the same issue. Please help. Thank you.

Greetings... and welcome to the forums.
Your countdown clock should be in the 'Warm-up' section of the service plan. This allows the video to run its full length.
If you place your countdown anywhere else then you need to ensure that the 'Automatically Advance time matches the length of the video.
Also make sure that the presentation is fully synced before testing the countdown on air.

Mike, out of curiosity, what are Notices? And how are the indented under a service item?

I'm not Mike but I assume this may be a "West of the Pond" vs. "East of the Pond" terminology [:D] What Americans call "announcements", Brits may call "notices"
I can see the value of grouping certain "announcements" that recur so that a user could reuse a group of items then make date specific edits.

So, the clock is in the 'Warm Up' section of the presentation and when I attempt to adjust the end time it automatically reverts to 2 mins and 13 seconds. I'm not even sure how that happened to begin with as all I did was import it into the presentation.

I group "social media" images within my pre-service loop
I have a group of slides I use when we do communion (I can import the group into whatever place we are going to celebrate in this service)
Whenever I import from Sermon Document, the slide come in as a group
Hope this helps see some of the applications for an indented "group" in our use of the program.

It is easy to create a "group" which indents under the collapsible triangle [or ungroup].
When I reuse, I can get a group of slide

Hello, thanks for the report, and I'm sorry you're having trouble with this.
I found the countdown video you're talking about in your sign feed, and it does look like something is wrong with the original file. I'll follow up with you via email to get you a proper copy, then fix the media in the Browser.0
