Nice mockup / photoshop Damian.
I wouldn't mind if you could turn on/off some links between the Logo and the scripture input:
- Today's reading plans
- Today's Bible (automatically returns to where you were yesterday)
- Or even a link to Logos forums or support.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Damian,
Yes...that seems like the consensus...

We've got a couple more sections coming up there -- so I'm hoping we can deliver some value there in a future release and change your mind...

Bob,
all things are possible But, i hope you reconsider placing items related to preferences in this space (eg. Preferred Bible).

The plan all along has been that once you choose your preferred Bible, this feature slides to the far right.
This one preference is so important, we want people to see it right away without digging through the Settings panel. But we're afraid that if we simply hide that feature after they've chosen, they'll be confused if they go looking to change it, and haven't yet gotten to the point where they're familiar with resource prioritization, etc. So we'll leave it in the features, but just as the lowest priority.

I agree. I also have no problem with the preferred Bible there. It should be easy to change. I am not sure 100% what Bible I want. Usually I have ESV there . Many times I turn NET and sometimes the old Czech Kralitz Bible :-)

Bob,
Fair enough. But, I hope that there's been some rethinking on the way in which prioritisation works. We haven't heard much more about this. The way it stands, I'm not sure anyone could really be described as "familiar" with the process. IMHO, v3.0 was easier to deal with just harder to find.

Sorry if it seems where ganging up on you again Bob, us Aussies that is, but I share Damian's thoughts on this, some sort of re-think on prioritisation is really needed...maybe its great for an off the shelf lower end boxed set...but its just way to confusing to work out exactly what is piroritised at the moment.
