BUG: NT361 Hebrews - Defective Videos on Server

When I watch Guthrie's Hebrews Book Study (NT361) on Faithlife TV or an Android phone, the three videos referenced below do not play. This happens on the Roku app, the Fire TV app, and Android 9 w/ current mobile beta. On Roku, it pops back to the video menu. On Fire TV, it goes to a black screen and sits there. On Android, the metadata displays, then goes blank. They work fine in L9 Desktop.

Interesting Note: On the Android app, the 'Segment' numbers reported are one less than the serial in the links noted below (i.e., Segment 33, 34, 35 are defective).

I get this screen when running Verbum/Mac and trying those 3 videos - others in NT361 work fine:

I don't run videos much any more because the crashes are so frequent, as reported on other threads. As in other cases, when I use the close all icon in the top right corner to close NT361 and the Library panes, Verbum just crashes out. Logs are attached. Please fix this, I can't believe it's not easy to duplicate!!!!

Interesting that they work on my Win10 desktop; that led me to the conclusion that the other methods used the server and the desktop uses something local.

This particular issue with the three videos not playing is a resource bug. We do have a case for this issue, where it is broken on the platforms you mention. Due to the way they use file formats, it's also broken on Logos on Mac, but not on Windows. I've added a link to this bug to the case.
