L9 Mobile won’t open on IPad since 9.13 release

I was working on my iPad yesterday when the Logos mobile app crashed. It won’t reopen at all.  I’ve closed the app several times, closed all other apps, shut down the iPad, and reset the workspace. The Logos blue title screen appears for 20 seconds and then closes. The web version is the only way I can use Logos on my iPad. My iPad software is up to date with OS15.4.1 and Logos had just updated to 9.13.
