L9 Mobile won’t open on IPad since 9.13 release
I was working on my iPad yesterday when the Logos mobile app crashed. It won’t reopen at all. I’ve closed the app several times, closed all other apps, shut down the iPad, and reset the workspace. The Logos blue title screen appears for 20 seconds and then closes. The web version is the only way I can use Logos on my iPad. My iPad software is up to date with OS15.4.1 and Logos had just updated to 9.13.

You have done all of the things I would try except for one: Deleting and reinstalling the app. You can wait for an update if you would like, which may or may not fix the issue. One of the "fixes" FL recommends for the current issue that Android users are experiencing is to delete and reinstall. Since you are currently the only iOS user I am aware of having problems, we have no reason to assume the issue is related.
Deleting the app will mean that you will have to redownload any resources and notes on your device.
If the app were allowing you to get into the "help" section of the app, you could send logs, but from your description it doesn't sound like that is an option.

Thanks JT, I appreciate the followup. Since I have over 32,000 items saved on my Mobile app I'll wait a few days to see if they can't come up with a solution. If that fails I'll go through the uninstall-reinstall process.

After waiting a week I decided to try reinstalling the program. It's taken most of the last two days and I'm down to only 1800 items to upload but it's begun to randomly shut down when I'm using the program. I can still get back into the program and use it for a few minutes before it shuts down. Now that I can access the program is there something I should screenshot or a file I should save?

for clarification... I think you mean download. You HAVE downloaded 1800 items or you STILL NEED to download 1800?

Downloading all of your library could be the problem too. The mobile app's best use case is to keep all but only the most frequently used books in the cloud. I used to download the entire library and often had performance issues on my iOS devices. I've stopped and now I download my Bibles, some dictionaries, lexicons and a few favorite study Bibles and commentaries, plus all the commentaries for whatever book of the bible I'm preaching through. Since doing this the last several years I've had far fewer performance issues.

Thanks JT. Yes, I meant to say that I had successfully downloaded all except 1800 items before it started crashing. However, after rebooting a couple of times it finished downloading everything and has worked fine today. Here’s hoping it continues. I’m preparing for a summer long missions trip within Asia so that’s why I want my whole library.

In my opinion, it is only heartache and pain. MANY features are online only. Library searches require internet, which eliminates the need to have all your books downloaded. Having so many downloaded resources increases the likelihood of corruption, requiring another reinstallation.

I appreciate your advice. I will go through what I have installed on the iPad and try to cut it back to a more reasonable amount.

I suggest that you create a new thread in the mobile forum (this one). Make sure to provide as much info as you can (what device, OS, app version, etc.). Specifics are important details.

This problem has been fixed by our latest 14.1 update for our iOS apps. This update has gone live so recently that there might still be a sight delay before it becomes available on your side.
