Proclaim Trial and Auto-renewal
I recently setup a trial of Proclaim for our church to evaluate the product. The agent who did this for us warned that this would auto-renew unless we canceled that. I went ahead and canceled the auto-renewal right a way. When this trial came to an end, another staff member requested another trial to complete her evaluation, which Logos was gracious in providing. This resulted in an auto-renewal to my account of which I was unaware. When the charges were applied, I contacted Logos to contest the charge and was told there was no way for them to provide a refund. They have been firm on this policy even as I noted I never authorized the final trial, auto-renewal, or charge.
How do I setup my account so that I can make charges for Logos Bible Software items but not receive charges for Proclaim regardless of what our staff might do?
I’m abundantly disappointed and concerned that Logos would allow another person to setup charges that would be made to my personal Logos account and credit card.

The situation doesn't look right to me either.
I have asked a staff member to review the case.
Providing that your team has not been using Proclaim since the trial ended then I don't doubt that Logos will respond fairly.

I'm currently panicking over a misunderstanding with an order for an annual subscription I just placed using PayPal - I thought I would be taken to the PayPal app to confirm which card to use where I was going to select my credit, but I just got charged immediately from my main bank account and I absolutely cannot afford that this week! I literally requested a refund within 5 mins of ordering (as fast as I could write the email!) and will avoid using the app till I get a reply but I'm worried now.

Hi, James. I’m very sorry for your circumstances. I don’t work for Logos so can’t speak for how they might address your circumstances. I find Logos usually responds within a day or two by email. To have it addressed more quickly, you might try using the chat function available on the website or calling them by phone. I am sorry, I can’t offer more to resolve your circumstances but do hope you find quick and positive resolution from Logos.

They just replied a couple of minutes ago - cancelled and refunded straight away. Very pleased!
(They did say the transaction could take longer to process, but it's resolved in any case)
