  • Yes, please let us access our personal books on mobile devices. This is not that difficult to accomplish. There are other software that already have this. It is hard to believe Logos doesn’t have this.
  • This would be a useful feature
  • We need this feature more than dark mode.

Please allow us to access our personal books on the Mobile App. This would allow us to read, search, access and refer to our PBs from within that platform. I would think this is a relatively simple upgrade, which would allow users to upload a file which is accessible by the user on the Mobile App.

There is already a huge list of PBs that Logos makes available to users here: https://wiki.logos.com/User_Contributed_Personal_Books, so the files are already taking up storage on the Logos servers. So, in essence, there is no impact to Logos, other than making the actual file available to a user on the Mobile App.

I remember a long while ago when first working with PBs, that the Logos wiki/forum/help for PBs provided instructions for uploading for use in the Mobile App (which never functioned), but now there is a disclaimer, “With Logos 6 and higher, PBs may be synced across multiple desktop installations, but Faithlife has no plans to support PBs on mobile apps.”

Yes. We hear the disclaimer, but we are submitting our plea that you make this change. When I am doing in depth study and research and working on papers and teaching, I use the desktop app, because I have easier access to other tools outside of Logos. But I most often do my reading and reflection and casual research on the Mobile App. I would much prefer to have access to some of my PBs in the Mobile App and not just exclusively on the Desktop App.

Thank you for your consideration on this request. I know I am not the only user with this request.

I am so shocked that personal books are not available on mobile. This seems like a no brainer, yet I cannot access my files. Yes! Please add the readability of our personal books to Logos mobile!
  • If Windows and Mac users can have them then why not us users with Android and iOS. Software should work similarly across all platforms. Adding a feature to use an .epub would also be welcome. .docx is not very popular anymore with mobile users. But don't drop .docx completely

One of the craziest missing pieces to Logos's software haha. Ditto to the 588 of y'all!! Imagine the world of e-readers and other personal devices that Logos could become a personalized Bible study tool for! PLEASE DO THIS SOON!
  • Yes please, and also on the web app. Some of the previous solutions suggested from Logos, for material that is not available to buy on Logos, is to create a personal book. That would be a lot of work but doable if we had access to them across devices. I do not always have my desktop with me.

The ability to read our personal books on the go (along with general improvements to the e-reader app such as horizontal page turning for usability on e-ink devices).

This basic update would be so much more valuable than any AI feature is on its own. Is Faithlife for profit or for Jesus? Can't be both.

is there the ability to delete personal books. I remember uploading a book and it didn’t format right.
  • I still dream that someday this may be possible. It has been a long wait.
  • It would be incredible to have access to our personal books, especially Bibles, in the mobile app—this would be particularly valuable for us in the Nordics.
    Please make this happen!
  • no customer delight when defects are touted as acceptable and it impedes my time.
  • Yes,please

I don't think Logos reads these comments. I think that put up this website to make us believe they care. Why else would the most requested feature go nowhere. At the very least Logos could address the feedback and why they are not going to implement a feature. I am aware that I'm turning into a Logos troll. But please, Logos, respond. Say something.
