Factbook and datatypes

For years, users have requested "complete" lists of data types and milestones - both for searches and for building personal books. Please add data types and milestones to resources where appropriate and add major datatypes to Factbook.

@mjespuiva-86 Does this mean "provide pages in Factbook for each datatype", perhaps describing them, and perhaps listing resources that support them, like https://wiki.logos.com/List_of_Datatypes?

@sean-boisen I took it to mean add remaining v2 content that didn't make it in to 9.0 (but it would also be great to have a more user-friendly, less technical overview page for each data type to help non-power users gain a better understanding of what can be accomplished)

If you wanted to take the resource list concept even further, please include a locked/unlocked icon so we can easily identify resources we don't own that would provide Factbook results for that data type.

@sean-boisen I was thinking of two pieces (1) on the resources show the datatypes they support/define and (2) for major items such as Louw-Nida, Andersen-Forbes, Strong's, CCC, DS, and yes the Faithlife ones . . . have a page for each of them with description and resources supporting them. Put another way, I was thinking of the self-educated user who keeps seeing LN being able to get a description and a direction to navigate to see them in Louw-Nida itself and to see them used by other resources (a Search?)

@mjespuiva-86 on (1) I think the Indexes section of the Information panel for a resource shows the relevant datatypes, though admittedly in a fairly technical way that doesn't make them obvious. But (2) seems like a solid suggestion.

@sean-boisen I like (2). I would also like to have some version/variant of the List of Datatypes wiki article info in the program itself somewhere. Factbook would work. Somewhere I can find it and also remember that it exists.

@sean-boisen If you follow the forums, you would notice that people asking for the datatype of a resource for purposes of personal books or searches is very common. What Indexes provides is useful for determining what one can link in a link set. However, it is useless for creating a reference in a personal book ... "Augustine, Works of" does not lead one to "Aug., De civ. Dei 1, Pref."

@Dave Hooton Yes, and I know how to use the Context Menu to find the datatype -- which I use most often to discover how many translations of a patristic text I have so I can refer to my favorite. My other major use of datatypes is for translating Bible references through the verse mapping function. I also remember how long it took me to learn those skills -- among the slowest of Logos features.

Additionally, add a guide to the syntax used for doing direct-entry searches of each datatype.
