Optionally Enable Page Numbers in All Resources by Default

Right now, page numbers are off by default and must be enabled in visual filters on a per-resources basis. It would be very helpful to be able to switch this configuration (thus making page numbers on by default).

On the Visual Filters menu, next to Show page numbers, click the down arrow, then choose "Show in all appropriate books".0
