Thankful for halfway house prayer experience: to help motivate addict toward God is praying for physical sickness whenever addict approaches drug of choice that disrupts their relationship with God. Thankful for testimonies about physical sickness motivation to walk with God. Thankful for Holy healing change to see everybody alive as someone God Loves [:D]
Search idea is looking for pray articles that mention addiction

Welcome Scott. By naturalization I am a German citizen. My origin is Ethiopian and Eritrean. I have never been Eritrean without being Ethiopian and vice versa. My ancestors are from Eritrea. But I have been grown up being Ethiopian. I love Ethiopia and Eritrea, but I have nothing to claim from both of them. In reality I am in a country where I can claim my rights. So I can proudly say that my country is Germany.

I live and pastor the church in Cesky Tesin, the oldest town of the Ostrava metropolitan area in the Czech Republic. This year our church celebrated 100 years of existence and our town 1200 years since its legendary beginning. It used to be the capital of the Austrian Silesia. Our town is devided between Czech Republic and Poland, it used to be called in the past Teshen in German or Cieszyn in Polish.
You can find some more information about Silesia here and about the Teschen Silesia (The Duchy of Teshen) here.
Hi Bohuslav,
I also live in Cesky Tesin (Horni Zukov) although I'm Spanish but I married a wonderful Czech girl. What I found out is that my wife was singing in your church last weekend!!! :[:D] :[:D] :[:D] It’s a pity that I couldn’t meet you personally as I was working in my secular job. I attend the church in Tranovice, about 6 Km. far from Cesky Tesin.

Howdy!!! Greetings from the Deep South of Southern New England, East Hartford, CT by way of Mighty Mount Vernon, NY.
It is a kick getting saturated in the web of Logos, finally using it as my go to and daily driver. The forum although a bit clunky as forums go, is made viable by such an outpouring of good will and cheer from its participants and staffers.
I check in here daily for new insights, and just being connected to people that love diving deeply into His Word.
In His Love and Service,

(4942) Adikolom Road Project - YouTube
I was born in Eritrea, the district of Hamasien Adicolom 25 Km away from the capital Asmara. When I was 18yrs old I left the village where I was born and went to the capital Asmara. From the main road to Keren, the village is about one and a half kilometers away. The people you see in the video are united for the construction of a stable road to the village. The people who live in the city contribute money for the cost of the road. The people from the village cooperate with them by offering their labor. For the last 50 years I have never been there. It is amazing that I know three of them from my childhood days. It is also amazing how they unite to help each other.
Blessings in Christ.

Ted is still here, and it still an MVP. Posted most recently on Oct 10. Not sure why he hasn't been as frequent a poster lately. People get busy, old, ...

And though Bohuslav isn't an MVP anymore, he's still around too, and posts on the forums from time to time:

Hi Tes and Rosie,
I just read through this entire thread after not visiting the Forums very much over the past two or three years. I first posted on this thread back when Tes first started it in 2010. It was such a blessing to read through it. Miss seeing the names of so many of the folks, some who've gone to Glory. Still using Logos regularly but very busy as a pastor in Vancouver, so haven't been on the Forums as much as I used to. Just welcomed our 5th grandchild (1st girl!). Blessings to all who've contributed to this thread, and to all the forum threads, which have been so helpful over the years. I thank the Lord for the fellowship and the bond we have in Christ! Take care, everyone.

Correct. But don't be surprised if long running threads or those without a contribution/response for some time are Closed. The former become difficult to track when multiple topics/issues are included and the latter will have served their original purpose.

If thread are closed what will happed to the enjoyment we receive from reading the posts made by people who think they're still fresh as the dew?

Nothing changes in that respect. But users can respond to the relevant part of the thread by quoting and addressing the OP in a new Discussion/Question thread
Note that the OP can close their thread.
