Layouts in multiple windows

Please make it possible to open a Layout in a new window without disturbing what's in other windows. E.g., if i am using a custom bible reading layout and i want to take a detour and use a different custom layout for awhile, i have to save the first session, then open the new session. I'd like to be able to open a new floating window and organize that new window with a Layout. Hopefully that makes sense.

The problem here is that the floating window will be taken as part of a layout in the main window. I think that saving ans opening a new layout is the most practical until/if FL revamp the notion of layouts.
