Why can’t I generate new sermons on the logo mobile app?

Whenever I’m using my iPad, in the “sermon section” here is an option to press the + sign to generate a new sermon.

But whenever I’m using the Logos Bible app on my iPhone, the + sign is not given as an option to generate a new sermon.

Is this just happening to me or is this normal?

I use my phone more than my iPad. My phone goes with me everywhere I go and I wish I could generate new sermons using it on my iPhone.
