Welcome to the Logos Community @Penny Lynn Lassetter !
Could you clarify a little on your goal?
Is this related to Logos or to Proclaim? Or both, in the case of sending a Sermon to Proclaim for example?
More information will assist the Community in helping you out.
Also the Version and OS that you are using may also be helpful.

For those of us that couldn't figure this out, it's not intuitive. You have to click on File, Open, hover over the file that you want to delete, right-click on it, and choose "delete." Make sure this is what you really want to delete because Proclaim doesn't ask you if you're sure. Once you click delete, it is gone!

You should be able to recover accidentally deleted sermons from the cloud as you do with other documents: See trash can at the bottom left of the documents menu.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

@MJ. Smith - I believe the question related to Proclaim presentations and not Logos sermons. So a different mechanism applies.
