Anyone know why and what to do about it?
I've had this happen once or twice before, a good month or two ago (not with V42). I just did CNTL+ALT+DEL and ended the Logos program. Then restarted.
When this happens to me, a system restart is often required.
I used task manager to end tsk and tried to restart
That did not help
I rebooted and tried to start/it froze again
I reached out to tech support
They sent me an install file
I chose repair and that resolved it
I like looking at the family tree diagrams via the Biblical People Diagrams. I use to be able to click on a person it the diagram and see more information on the person's family tree. When I open word info cards for Greek words, the lexicon defaults to LSJ. If I change it to BDAG, which I prefer, it will stay that way for the session. I have been unable to sync my mobile apps notes where I took notes for a verse or a sermon and put them on my app on my phone. I have been unable to sync all of my notes to my laptop Max program I purchased. HELP! In Christ. David
