Is there a way to show the boards in alphabetical order? We have song slides in boards categorized by title. Unfortunately, while going to retreive the song slides from media, it take a bit of time to locate. They seem to be randomy listed. Thank you for your help.😊

Unfortunately, the boards are listed in the order they were created, and there is no way to rearrange them at this time. This feature has been requested more than once, but I don't see any response from Proclaim. To upvote one or more of the feature requests, go to https://community.logos.com/categories/feedback-proclaim and search for "boards."

Today when I went to browse media, my boards were in alphabetical order instead of the relatively random order they had been in. When I added a new board, it was automatically listed alphabetically. Yay! I don't see a way to do a custom order, but this is far better than it was.

I am interested in understanding where in Proclaim you are browsing the boards, as the original poster was talking about putting their songs slides in boards. When I go to browse media, the only info i see here are image type files that can be used within a proclaim slide. we can only choose songs we have used before by picking the REUSE ITEM then filter by SONG.

Sometimes folks import song slides as pictures, not as song lyrics. I believe that's one way to import songs that are in a PowerPoint file. Then they will have a set of pictures for each song, which are media that must be stored in the media browser. The easiest way to keep the pictures together is to put them into a board created just for that song. The original poster's description sounds like this is what their church does. I don't have any direct experience with this, as I was able to import my church's songs as lyrics. But that doesn't work for everyone, so they have to either redo every song from scratch or import their songs as pictures.

Oh, another reason a church might store their songs as pictures is if they want the musical notation to be displayed along with the words. Pictures are the only way to do that.

Thank you for the explanation. We use the Song library and song accompaniments at our church; we simply just "reuse item —> song" when we do the song in a future service. Perhaps the difference is we have a subscription to CCLI and Proclaim is linked to it. We have a full library of songs to choose from inside Proclaim.
