"Validation Error" Preventing Book Request Post

When attempting to add a book request post in the appropriate forum, I am getting a non-descript error message stating, "Error: post could not be created" and "Validation failed". Does anyone know the cause? It would definitely be helpful if the error message explained why the validation failed. ;)

Strange! If others are experiencing the same thing, I'd very much like to hear from them to help troubleshoot.

In the meantime, @Jeremy Gunter, could you clear your browser cache and retry? I'm curious what browser and device you're using, if you don't mind me asking.
