When is a hyperlink?

Path: right-click on Hebrew word [L panel in layout below]/select w.s. on left of context menu/look up on R of context menu/select my first lexical resource listed > DBL entry containing apparent blue-formatted hyperlinks (to a def. or to another resource) [upper R quadrant]/select Louw Nida 79.48–79.56 > links to entry, [bottom R quadrant] (helful!).

However, select Str 6674 [for layout below], OR, TWOT 1884 > reproduction of DBL entry = ex. of superimposed dialog box (not helpful).

Are such results tied to particular resources, or is there a magic-combo of keystrokes/different path for different resources that  I am missing, or might such  be considered redundant/dead links?

[Similar results occur tracing a similar path elsewhere for other Hebrew words to lexical resources.]

They are tied to a prioritized resource, which happens to be your DBL Hebrew as it handles TWOT and Strong's numbers for which there are separate resources  e.g.

I have Enhanced Strong's and Theological Wordbook but I have to use Advanced Prioritization to ensure they handle Strong's and TWOT links instead of DBL Hebrew.
