To attach your collected notes to every instance of a specific word such as "GOD" throughout the Bible in Logos, you can use the Notes tool to anchor notes to specific words or passages.

Have you tested attaching the note to a lemma? It wouldn't be as direct as you want IIRC but …

However, Logos does not currently support automatically applying a single note to every occurrence of a word across the entire Bible. Instead, you would need to add your note to each instance manually.

Here is how you can add a note to a specific word:

Select the word "GOD" in your Bible text.
Right-click on the word, and in the context menu, ensure the word itself is selected in the left pane.
Click "Add Note" in the right pane. The Notes tool will open with a new note anchored to that specific instance.
Repeat this process for each occurrence where you want your note to appear.

You can organize your notes in notebooks for easier management and search for all notes related to "GOD" within the Notes tool.
