ARM64 Support Needed Please!
Windows on ARM has a big app compatibility issue still, it would be great to see Logos be compatible. If it can work on Apple silicon (which is also ARM-based) then it should on Windows on ARM as well.
There are already several threads discussing this. It does not appear that Logos sees enough users, using arm based windows to invest in supporting the platform. you can find the other threads by searching the forum. There were a few people who reported that it ran OK under emulation. And quite a few more who reported various problems under emulation.
I think whats holding a lot of users buying Arm device is lack of software support. So its a chicken and egg situation…
Is anyone still on Logos with x86?
@HeIsWithUs Is anyone still on Logos with x86?
Yes, the majority of them. Did you think they all switched to Windows on ARM?
From previous posts I have seen, Logos does compile statistics, but they are used internally, not published.
From overall market adaptation it is safe to say that a very large majority of Logos Desktop users (on Windows) are still on x86 compatible processors.
And a smaller number of MacOS users may still be on Intel processors. Only a few models of Intel Mac's were able to upgrade to Tahoe, which is the last MacOS that Apple will support on Intel processors. So remaining Mac/Intel users who wish to remain current with Logos will have to upgrade to Apple silicon in a few years.
Windows on ARM has not even broken 10% of Windows Laptop sales where it was expected to do the best. Initial predictions were rosy, but the chips quickly ran into tough price competition from power efficient new x86 chips.
Also there is a strong market reality that people generally dislike Windows 11, whether on Intel or ARM.
Yes, please create an ARM based Windows version. The emulation works but barely. Everything is slow and sometimes the app crashes.

Logos Development Team, I am a long‑term Logos user and recently subscribed specifically to gain access to the Study Assistant. Overall, I have been very impressed with the tool. However, I immediately noticed that the inquiry text box has a very restrictive character limit. As a real‑world example, I completed the first…
I use Sermon Builder to create lecture notes for various classes, too. So, expanding the AI functions to help with non-bible subjects would be great. For example, an outline for Late middle medieval church history would save me lots of time and help direct research
would really love to see clippings integrated with Sermon builder
