You can do that in PowerPoint by manipulating and adding text boxes. What I would do if I wanted to do that was to create two slides in Logos, one in each language, one after the other, and then combine them by hand in PowerPoint (if you export your slides there) into one slide. Otherwise, I don't know how to do it. =) I hope that helps. Peace to you!
