Add Forthcoming Materials to the Wishlist

There are a couple of books which are either in development or about to be released, but because they're not in the available state, I can't add them to the wish list yet. I know that by the time they are released, I'm not going to remember what they are. I'd like to be able to add forthcoming materials to my wish list so this doesn't happen in the future.

Why this is a matter of such multilateral debate that's long been shelved, I don't know.
