What's Missing... When you'll see it overview thread

Bob Pritchett said:Based on the feedback here, we've decided to create a "what's missing, when you'll see it" web page that will be part of the 4.0 release announcement.
I think it's a good idea to start something like this for ourselves since we're starting to ask the same questions. (If this works it would be a great STICKY thread).
Rules of this thread:
- One issue per post.
- Three simple lines a double space and any necessary explanation
- Please update your posts as you see things fixed ( if you can)
- Please reserve comments on a given feature for the linked thread about that feature, not here. Makes it easier to read.
Format of the posts:
- Missing Feature: brief description
- Forum thread where it is discussed (link)
- When we should expect to see it (e.g. upcoming beta/ Specific beta (β6) / L4 gold / 4.0aish / never)
- (if necessary) any overview information.

Personal Book Builder (PBB) support
Discussed in: Logos 4 Philosophy
When: After 4.0:"We ABSOLUTELY intend to support both PBB and SermonFile in a future
release. The problem is that PBB in particular uses Internet Explorer
for its format and for display. And you've all made it clear how you
felt about our reliance on IE, :-), so we need to do some serious work
to re-do PBB." - Bob PritchettMacBook Pro (2019), ThinkPad E540

I don't use this frequently, but I nevertheless wish the decision to drop it would be reconsidered.

space bar = page down is still missing but mentioned under Beta 5 release notes as a resource issue yet to be dealt with. I am hoping active window will be addressed as well but see no indication it will.

Thanks Jacob, but maybe I am missing this : )
What I am trying to do is color all verbs that are imperative Green.
Here are the steps I followed.
File | New | Visual Filter
Choose Bible (ESV, NASB)
Chose Morphology (I tried all the Greek ones)
Verb with green highlighting
Nothing is colored. Here is a picture of 3.0

Hi John.
Seems to work for me. Graphic below. You might need to click the graphic to get a bigger version to see the green. Also, you may need to click the interlocking-ring thingie to make sure you select the proper visual filter(s) to display.

It doesn't work for me as this is not the same as L3...the Ol text is separted from the main text and is not highlighted... L3 is much more useful to work with when doing this sort of analysis of the text. The inline interlinear is appropriate for quick lookups but not for this sort of work. IMHO...

Key link Summary Report....
So far I have not found an equivalent feature...I found this very useful..maybe I've missed it in L4 but being able to bring up a number of defintions at once when looking at say a theolgoical term I am not familar with or hazy at best is very useful. Information window in L4 only bring up one defnition and can't see a way to get it to change it to show more..hope its simply something I've overlooked.

Hi Andrew.
I just made a custom guide for "Bible word" that consists of the "Lemma" tool and the "Definition" tool. I believe this will give the sort of information that "Keylink Summary" gave. I called it "Rick's Keylink Summary" and it shows up in right-clicks.
The "Definition" should work for items that aren't found as lemmas (so any text, not just Bible text). You can select a collection when you define the guide or from "Settings" with an active guide.
Is this the sort of thing you're looking for?

Running Power Lookup from the context menu should also produce something like the Key Link Summary report.

Thanks Rick, thats a pretty good substitue...but I decided to try and take it where L3 couldn't take me and L4 doesn't seem to reach that point yet either.... but will put that in a new post here
