No. Wiki Mac and PC User Interface Differences page has Feature Parity section that includes: "Logos 4.2a stable, shipping release nearing feature parity with PC, notably missing Handouts (future To Do)" along with list of PC capabilities not yet exposed for use on Mac.

I've been trying to get a handout for years - no luck so far - but I keep sending the begging letters all the same.
