Logos wont start...

it just "signs in" then shuts right down..
any help?

You could try starting Logos and quickly holding down the command key - if that gives you the sign in panel then choose 'use blank layout'

Logos4.log file shows Logos 4.3 Beta 1 version. Apologies, Logos inadvertently released Logos 4.3 Beta 1 to stable channel for few minutes before download link was corrected.
At this point, need to manually update "Logos Bible Software 4" application to newer Stable or Beta version, can use Update Error steps to download and install.
If choose Stable version, need to Delete logos4 in hidden folder ".mono" ( ~ represents home directory path, nominally /Users/username )
- Finder => Go menu => Go to Folder... => ~/.mono/registry/CurrentUser/software (Go) => Delete logos4
OR - Open Terminal (inside Utility folder in Applications)
- rm -rf ~/.mono/registry/CurrentUser/software/logos4
- Quit Terminal
Likely will need to Delete CopyBibleVerses.db in ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/qzay9ycm.osk/CopyBibleVerses/
Note: Stable deletions based on forum discussion Fix for 4.2a SR-5 Update Issue
Wiki page has Logos 4 Beta Program information and risks.
Observation: Logos 4.2b and Logos 4.3 Beta 5 check your indexes; if needed, will rebuild them.
If update successful, smile
If not, please post new set of logs.

Same problem here.. I have deleted the folders and files you suggested and have downloaded the software and the same issue occurs.. Starts the homepage begins to form then the application closes, no joy.
I also deleted the application from the finder application folder, started reinstall and the same result happens.
Now what?

Indexer.log file looks fine, however Logos4.log file has 2 crashes: "database disk image is malformed" so syncing not happening and Home Page not displaying.
For Home Page, please delete /Users/Ligoweth/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/elhnzg1j.5x8/LocalUserPreferences/PreferencesManager.db
Apologies: for syncing, not know which database file(s) to delete.
If want to delete and recreate all database files, can use wiki => Reset Logos 4 User Files
