Apostolic Fathers Greek-English Interlinear?

The question that Rick and the guys are trying to figure out is not whether we will get the interlinear resource or not (we have that), but rather will we get Lake's Apostolic Fathers or not? Having the interlinear database as we do now wont do us any good because we need Lake's Apostolic Father to use the resource. Hope that helps, its rather complicated, but it makes a lot more senes than the old way.

As Craig notes, the issue is a conflict in the collection contents. Amidst the flurry of Monday, I was able to talk to the necessary folks and confirm the situation.

The comparison chart has an error here. The Apostolic Fathers Reverse Interlinear should be only in Platinum and Portfolio, along with Lake's edition of the Apostolic Fathers.

However, if you upgraded to Gold or Silver expecting to get the Apostolic Fathers Reverse Interlinear functionality, you're not in the cold. We'll unlock those for you. Robert, Craig and Todd, I've notified our customer service department that you three specifically should have the necessary version of Lake's Apostolic Fathers unlocked. I can't say when it'll happen (they're swamped, as I'm sure you can imagine). You might want to give them a day or so and zap an email their way about it (unless you magically get the resources downloaded at some point), making sure to point them to this thread. I've also alerted them to the general situation so they can be aware of it if it comes up for others.

The comparison chart should be corrected, hopefully sometime today, to reflect this information, and our Marketing department should be making any other necessary corrections to related material.

If you upgraded to Gold thinking you'd get the functionality of the reverse interlinear with the Apostolic Fathers and didn't, then do contact our customer service department. They're slammed (understandably) but will do their best to help you with this one in a timely manner.

Rick, thank you for solving that problem in such a way. You are just awesome people. I have the reversed interlinear in my Platinum but when I open it, the sector for Interlinear is just empty. See the picture:

This is an issue I'm still waiting to hear on. Basically, I think somehow old versions of Lake's Apostolic Fathers for English and Lake's Apostolic Fathers for Greek slipped in the mix. I don't believe those newer versions are available for download yet. I know when I was able to get the newer versions the problem was solved -- but I can't distribute those versions.

Well, if he would've done that he wouldn't have been able to publish the new versions of Lake's English and Lake's Greek. And then you wouldn't be able to "update now" to pull them down. Bradley says it should be about a 4MB download.
