Randall - I guess this is where the "Beta" comes in. You should be able to contact customer service (via phone or email) and get a refund. I have purchased over 25 books and have not had a problem, but we have seen some glitches along the way. Most of the time it is just the wrong book cover. In this case, the book cover & product description line up (although the book title matches what you received.)

I got a $10 book for $3 but still not what I wanted lol I sent an email. I was buying it as a test as well to see if it would be downloaded to logos 4 that part worked great. However wrong book

I called and got credited and he is having the book pulled and said would email when book is corrected. The person was able to open up the book and see it was wrong so no problem.

So awesome I just started Logos 4 (Monday afternoon) and the book was replace by the right one. You all rocks. I will be buying more books from this site because customer service rocks. I now have Max Lucado "The 3:16 Promise"

They locked the book and gave me a refund however site says I still own the book so I can't buy it again can someone please go in to my account and reset this book to do not own so I can buy it again?
