Calendar Devotional PBB template

As part of the mini project I did in converting Grace Notes Chronological Bible Reading plan into a calendar devotional for use in Logos i created a calendar devotional template (365 days)  that you can use to build your own devotional's or use for reading plans that have specific readings for each day of the year.

It is setup so each day of the year will appear as a heading in the table of contents, under each month name e.g.

You just need to add your own scripture reference for the day and notes if its a devotional.
