I've got the SESB on my Wish List and I noticed it's no longer showing up as a product in the store? What happened?
Nathan,
The SESB collections were available this afternoon when I was looking for something else. They are gone now. I don't know what is going on except that the SESB is not going to be updated for Logos 4 and that recently some of the collection was broken up for individual sale: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/41600/355298.aspx#355298

Thanks for the info. So I guess I'll need to buy each title individually if I want "SESB" in L4?
Actually, SESB is still there! Just new name!

Seems like a lower price too (at least for Academic users). Nice!

I'm pretty sure there is no academic discount. The price is $280 for everyone.
I don't see the 18 volume set that used to be there either. I guess since they broke up the set the collection is gone.
I hope it is for you, Nathan. The former SESB upgrade for Logos users was $179. I am now very grateful I finally decided to buy it a month ago (thank you Logos Christmas credit!).
It's a lower price because it's not the complete thing. It's missing the French Bibles, for example (La Nouvelle Bible Segond; Traduction Oecumenique de la Bible; La Bible en français courant). Those where what I was holding out for, hoping they'd split them out someday. But they seem to have disappeared, as have all the other foreign language bibles, and a bunch of other stuff. Here's what the SESB 3.0 used to contain (courtesy of the Internet Archive Wayback Machine):

OK, sounds good. I'm logged in as Academic so hard to tell for me. Thanks for the clarification!

I was going to go for that one but thought getting the "full" SESB was better since it contains more books?

I see. So it's not really the full SESB then, but just some of the core books at a discounted price from the SESB. Kind of in the middle of the full SESB and Logos Upgrade editions.

Back in another thread where there was discussion of the differences of the former SESB 52 Vol versus 18 Vol packages, I set up an Excel-Sheet for comparison. I now whipped up the new product page into it, to clarify, since Logos is not always cocnsistent with naming and counting of resources:

Very helpful! - Thank you! [:)]
FWIW, I got the 18-vol set but then thought about Omanson and GThomas @$50 additional apiece, and decided to spend the extra $45 on top of that and just get the whole 52-vol set, so I returned the 18-vol set and got the full 52-vol set in case I liked the Constituency Tree thing when it was updated to Logos 4.
I hope the Constituency Tree will still be worked on by the German Bible Society. When people said SESB might go away, I decided to be cautious and buy it all.
It looks like I probably did end up paying $45 more than I needed to, as I think Platinum covers much of what's lacking in this new bundle. I guess I could still return SESB 52-vol and buy this new 28-vol set instead and save $45. [:P]

So between Platinum (which I have) and the new set, I should be "set" (no pun intended)? :-)

So, the only option for getting the NA27 critical apparatus for L4 is to purchase this german bible society bundle??
No. Logos split up the former SESB resources so you may buy them separately. Look here for NA 27 with apparatus: http://www.logos.com/product/17655/na27-with-critical-apparatus , here for UBS 4: http://www.logos.com/product/17646/the-greek-new-testament-fourth-revised-edition
100 dollars!!!?
Yeah It's Indeed Very helpful! - Thank you!
Man oh man -- it was like $180 for the set before, now it's $100 for the NA27 App. itself.
hm.

It is a pity that these translations are not available anymore.
