When I open http://bible.faithlife.com/, I get the message: The website cannot display the page.
I can open other faithlife pages, but for some reason not this one. Just wanted to know if I am the only one.

Just to confirm that I am able to access Faithlife (via the link in your post) in Safari.
What browser are you using?

Just saw that the problem has nothing to do with the browser that I use (IE). When I sign in with my account, it is no problem.
I was trying to help my brother to get the FSB. When I signed in with his account, the error message came up.

Really? I can't log in to bible.faithlife.com from my Google Chrome browser since weeks (you know, this Request Rejected tab saying:
The requested URL was rejected for bible.faithlife.com. Please contact Logos Customer Support at support@logos.com with the following Support ID.Your support ID is: 11651449656596537678 )
and have pretty much given up on that. IE will work but I don't like it...
Do you have my email address? Otherwise I'll be happy to contact you.

Nick: looking into your case, I found a configuration issue that we are now working to address that should solve your problem. I'll let you know once we have the fix in place.
